For some of you, iced coffee just isn’t enough. The foam on top of a latte is so critical to help you enjoy your summer-cooling drink. This is where the iced coffee latte comes in.

After you’ve make your cold brew, you can create a cold brew latte by frothing milk, and adding it to the top of the cold brew coffee. It needs to be cold frothed milk though, so frothing in the espresso machine doesn’t really work for this.

  • Cold Brew Coffee
  • A tall Glass
  • Ice
  • Milk
  • A milk frother, or a french press (plunger)
  • Water (optional)

Step 1:

Add ice to your glass

Step 2:

Add a small amount of cold brew coffee to your glass

Step 3:

Add a small amount of water (optional if you don’t want fully concentrated coffee)

Step 4:

Pour milk into our french press (or other vessel if you’re using a milk frother) and froth the milk by plunging the plunger up and down vigorously.

Step 5:

Add the frothed coffee to your cold brew.

There you have it, a delicious cold brew latte. Leave a comment and show us how you’ve made yours. .
