Although this is a matter of personal preference, I have found this roast to be on the dark and strong side My personal preference is for a lighter more neutral roast. However, the basic flavors are quite nice.

This coffee is on heavy rotation in our house. We have an espresso machine and use oat milk and the deep flavours really go nicely with the oat milk. Beans arrive to me in Wellington within a day or two from ordering and the roast date is always within the last few days. I am very impressed and will continue to order these beans through my bean merchant subscription.
