These beans have been aged in a pinot barrel prior to roasting, allowing the fruity wine flavours to be infused into the coffee. The balance in this bean between chocolate and fruit is exquisite. You will be able to enjoy the subtle notes as you sip. This coffee is best brewed as a black coffee to enjoy the complex flavours it provides.
